Ed Heller has more than 25 years of experience advising entrepreneurs in their startup and capitalization phases. He has had extensive experience in the protection and licensing of intellectual property, and represents many individuals and businesses in the health care arena. He is the only Houston member of Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises, and is also a member of the American Health Lawyer's Association. His associate, Michele B. Newman has an expertise in employment issues, non-profit organizations, and in preparing contracts requiring innovative thinking. These skills will serve the Company's needs as they apply to the variety of outside contributors to the project.
