Physician /Provider Practice Consultation. This service is intended to improve clinical practices in the office by evaluating what a practice already uses. A series of recommendations is generated about the use of electronic technologies to improve care, increase revenue and reduce personnel costs,  be rewarded for PQRI, improve quality and safety, optimize use of clinical decision support tools, optimize population-based health care, and meet new guidelines (such as ARRA Guidelines for Meaningful Use of Health Information Technology). The selected services may include interviews by teleconference, surveys and review of your medical records processes, or onsite consultation to optimize technology for work-flow, practice efficiency and effectiveness. In a summary teleconference our survey team provides an assessment of existing capabilities and needs, provides recommendations for implementation of technology, suggests appropriate vendors, shows where to get discounts and speaks with stakeholders to engage them in accepting the plan you devise. Consultation includes written analysis and recommendations.

Hospital Consultation. This service is intended to improve communication, access and data interfaces required to optimize clinical practices in the inpatient and outpatient services of a hospital by evaluating what hardware, software, clinical other workflows and processes are already in use, and making recommendations of how to improve care through electronic means, capture more revenue, , improve quality and safety through effective clinical decision support tools, optimize population-based health care, and meet new ARRA Guidelines for Meaningful Use of Health Information Technology to maximize Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. The consultation services you select may  includes interviews in person, surveys and review of your medical records processes, and existing methods for documentation, data storage, access, retrieval, information exchange and integration of data to support patient care. In a Summary Conference, our survey team provides written analysis and recommendations, which includes a full-scale assessment of technology requirements which will improve clinical processes and support health information exchange between health care providers. Our consultants will provide leads to appropriate vendors, suggest where to get discounts and speak with stakeholders to engage them in accepting the plan that is devised by the client.

HIE/RHIO/REC Consultation. This service is intended to improve coordination of the delivery of care using health information technology by participating health care providers including physician practices, hospitals and health systems, ambulatory and diagnostic centers and patients to ensure compliance with ARRA guidelines for Meaningful Use of Health Information Technology The service includes interviews, surveys and review of clinical processes and existing methods for documentation, data storage, access, retrieval, information exchange and integration of data to support patient care.. In a summary conference we discuss recommendations for technology and process improvement, provide recommendations for implementation of technology to support needs assessment, give leads to appropriate vendors, suggest where to get discounts and speak with stakeholders to engage them in accepting the plan devised by the client. Consultation includes written analysis and recommendations.
