Adib F. Farha is the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Crown Health Services, LC, an American company founded by individuals with significant experience and knowledge of the U.S. and international markets; with a track record of senior level responsibilities in major corporations. It was initially established as a personalized planner, facilitator and medical concierge company that manages every aspect of the international patient’s medical care in the US from the moment s/he decides to come to America for further treatment until s/he returns home. Its main objective was to ensure that the patient is provided superior medical care with complete peace of mind. In response to its customer needs, Crown has evolved into a company that designs and operates a comprehensive suite of healthcare management services and systems that allow the client to manage the fiscal, medical, qualitative and administrative services related to its patients with optimum efficiency and savings.
Previously, Mr. Farha served as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Managers of Cardiovascular Hospitals of America (CHA) in Wichita, Kansas, where he ran the day-to-day operations, led its business development activities and supervised the management and the operation of the various company projects.
He also served as Adviser to the Lebanese Prime Minister in Beirut, Lebanon, where he liaised with various political and community groups as well as with foreign diplomats; Advisor to the Lebanese Minister of Finance in Beirut, Lebanon; President of Kassab International Investments and Trading in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he ran the diversified holding company with activities in oil, information systems, trading, security and defense, manufacturing, advertising and art; Business Development Adviser for Hospital Corporation of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he provided advice and direction regarding the renewal of a major hospital management contract that HCA had for the Saudi Arabian National Guard Hospital outside Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Business Development Consultant to National Medical Enterprises in Santa Monica, California, where he assisted the company in negotiating an operations and management contract with the Saudi Ministry of Interior for the newly built Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh; Vice President and General Manager for Saudi Hospitals Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he co-founded and ran the hospital management company, which developed a hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; and Manager of Health Services for MADGE, S.A. in Manama, Bahrain, where he assisted the Ministry of Health of Bahrain on the commissioning of the newly built 620 bed Salmaniyya Medical Center.
Mr. Farha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) in Biology from Wichita State University and has passed PhD Comprehensive Exams in Health Care Administration and Health Economics at the University of Iowa. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon, a Member of the National Council on Audio-Visual Media, the Campaign Director of the National Committee on Public Schools, a Member of the Board of Trustees of International College, New York, and a Member of the Board of Education, Saudi American International School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
