Edward Heller, Esq. has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Buffalo, and Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he was on the Law Review. He is currently licensed in New York (1962) and Texas (1979). He is a Member of State Bar Grievance Committees in both New York and Texas; and is admitted to all State and Federal Courts as well as the U.S. Tax Court.
Mr. Heller’s practice focus has been business law, health law, estate and financial planning, and secured transactions. Representative clients have included numerous physicians in various specialties; dentists, podiatrists; and chiropractors. He has expertise in negotiation and drafting of contracts; workouts; start-ups, proficiency counseling; arbitration and mediation.
His practice history includes a practice focused on the trial of civil and criminal cases in Western New York State with an office in Buffalo, NY. He has been an arbitrator. He has considerable familiarity with the internal procedures and standards of the banking and insurance industries; developed by virtue of the inextricable relationship that those activities have in the operation of complex business ventures. He has further experience in issues surrounding the hiring, supervision, and separation of employees have become an important element of practice familiarity, due to the labor-intensive nature of the clients' businesses.
He is currently of Counsel to Zukowski, Bresenhan & Sinex, L.L.P., a multidisciplinary firm.
